Very Nice Condition, This Unit Has Been Through Our “Marcel Reconditioning Process” & All Needed Repairs Have Been Completed Including Performance Checks, Pressure Checks & Cut Apart All Filters For Inspection, Transmission / Torque Was Disassembled, Inspected, Worn Parts Replaced & Resealed, Check Out Our "Repair/Condition Report" On Our Web Site, Choice of 18'5" Coal Blade or 14'5" Straight Blade, No Spin Rear Differential, Michelin XTXL Tires. Complete Machine Has Been Sandblasted, Primed, Painted & New Decals Applied, WARRANTY INCLUDED.

CAT dealer performed the following repairs:

At 7,163 hours, performed bearing roll-in on engine

Installed NEW engine oil pump

At 9,287 hours, resealed blade lift cylinder

At 10,763 hours, performed transmission, torque & joystick calibrations

At 11,787 hours, resealed both blade tilt cylinders

At 12,049 hours, installed a CAT Reman turbo charger

The following checks & servicing were completed by Marcel Equipment ... 14,395 hours:

Upon arrival to our yard, all covers & guards were removed & machine was properly power washed

Visual & operational inspections were completed

Engine oil filter cut open & checked for contaminates - all clean

Transmission filters were cut open & checked for contaminates - all clean

Hydraulic filters were cut open & checked for contaminates - all clean

All suction screens & magnets were checked for contaminates - all clean

Checked both differentials, oil levels good & oils clean

Changed all oils

Checked brake system - good

Checked parking brake - good

Checked articulation - good

Checked rear axle oscillation - good

Verified the following pressures to ensure within OEM specs:

Hydraulic

Steering

Pilot

Fan

Transmission pump

Transmission lube

Torque inlet

Torque outlet

Lock-up clutch

Impeller clutch

Engine oil

Fuel

Boost

Accumulator

Stall speed and full stall
