Fully Maintained By CAT Dealer, Equipped with Choice of Semi U Blade or Angle Blade, CAT HDXL Undercarriage with 24" Extreme Service Track Shoes & Drawbar. Optional Winch & Rippers are Available. On arrival to our yard, Toromont CAT completed a TA1 Inspection Including Pressure Checks, Performance Checks & Cutting Apart All Oil Filters for Inspection. All Needed Repairs & Servicing as a Result of this Inspection will be Completed. WARRANTY INCLUDED

The following are repairs completed by the CAT Dealer prior to Marcel Equipment owning the machine;

At 1,004 hours, installed NEW a/c evaporator core

At 2,097 hours, installed NEW fuel pressure regulator & fuel transfer pump

At 3,720 hours, converted System One undercarriage to SALT

At 3,720 hours, installed NEW HDXL track groups, idlers & segments

When unit arrived in yard, MEL had local CAT dealer complete the following:

Strip machine for power washing

CAT TA inspection

Update ECM flash files

Service emissions system if needed (filters, dpf, spark plug, injector, etc)

Inspect magnetic plugs/screens & suction screens - all clean

Serviced engine

Check oil levels

Inspect oils for discolouration

Check for logged & active codes & repair

Check for applicable service letters

Completed the following pressure checks to ensure within OEM spec:

Engine rpm high & low idle

Engine oil high & low idle pressures

Fuel pressure

Full stall boost 

Full stall speed

Transmission pump pressure

Transmission lube pressure - high/low

Transmission clutch pressures

Torque inlet pressure

Torque outlet pressure

Torque convertor stall speed

Torque convertor lock-up clutch

Flywheel low pressure - high/low

Implement stand-by pressure

Margin pressure

High pressure cut-off

Pilot pressure

Accumulator pressures

Steering charge pressure

Brake pressure

Steering high pressure cut off

Hoist relief pressure

Brake cut-in/cut-out pressure

Fan pressures, speeds & calibration

Based on inspection, CAT mechanic completed the following repairs;

Installed NEW ARD head spark plug

Completed ASH service regen

Field cleaned DPF filter

Installed REMAN injector in #2 cylinder

Resealed exhaust manifold & installed NEW studs

Completed engine valve set & injector set

Resealed valve cover

Installed NEW lower rad hoses

Installed NEW transmission filter hoses

Installed NEW lower torque convertor hoses

Resealed engine oil pan

Resealed blade lift cylinders

Resealed implement pump & flow compensators

Installed NEW battery cable

Tested & serviced batteries & connections

Replaced all required hoses/lines

Completed required cab repairs

Completed misc repairs on machine

Greased machine

Machine is now ready to go to work.
