A Very Straight, Well Maintained Ex Municipal Machine, This Unit has Been Through Our “Marcel Reconditioning Process” and All Needed Repairs Have Been Completed, Even The Paint Is In Good Condition, Front & Rear Wheel Cleaners, 14' Landfill Blade, Bomag Compaction Wheels, Hydrostatic Drive System, Auto Grease System, Weight 70,800 LBS.  

At approximately 5,000 hours, dealer installed NEW turbo charger

At Marcel Equipment, all covers were removed & unit was power washed

Visual & operational inspections were completed

Engine oil was changed

Engine oil filter was cut open & checked for contaminates - clean

Hydrostatic filters changed, cut open & checked - clean

Changed all oils in pump drive

Changed all oils in final drives

Checked articulation - good

Checked oscillation - good

Installed NEW alternator, A/C & fan belts

Checked A/C fan bearings & idlers

Checked steering pins - all good

Checked auto grease system

Checked all grease points

Load tested batteries - all good

Checked all gauges, switches & controls

Checked & recorded all hydrostatic pressures

Checked & recorded all engine oil pressures

Checked & recorded engine boost pressure

Checked & recorded hydraulic pressure (implement)

Checked & recorded steering pressure

All mechanical repairs have been completed
