Ex Municipal Machine, ECM Idle Hours: 2785, Cat Dealer Completed TA1 Inspection, Performance Checks, Pressure Checks, Cut Apart All Filters for Inspection, This Unit Has Been Through Our “Marcel Reconditioning Process” and All Needed Repairs Have Been Completed, CAT Straight Landfill Blade, Wheel Options Available, No Spin Front Differential, Complete Machine Will Be Sand blasted, Primed, Painted & New Decals Applied, Warranty Included.

This unit is being reconditioned in Marcel's shops as follows:

Upon arrival to our yard, all panels & belly pans were removed & the machine was power washed

CAT dealer then completed the following:

CAT TA1 inspection

Performed performance checks - all within CAT spec

Completed pressure checks - all within CAT spec

Changed all fluids & cut open filters to inspect for contaminates - all clean

Changed all breathers & required vents

Inspected magnetic plugs - all clean

Inspected magnet/suction screens - all clean

Updated ECM flash files

Installed NEW transmission speed sensor

Replaced engine belts

Rebearing tensioner & A/C pulley

Installed NEW u-joints on center driveshaft

REBUILT throttle pedal

Marcel Equipment then completed the following:

Completed our own operational & visual inspections

Completed other repairs from CAT inspection as required

Installed 6 NEW injectors & HEUI pump

Completed engine valve set

Installed NEW thermostat

Installed NEW rad hoses

Removed all wheels & cleaned out guards

Replaced any hoses, lines & tubes as required

Installed NEW parking brake actuator

Serviced & cleaned complete HVAC system

Verified operation of all switches & electrical components

Completed any other required repairs

Tested & serviced batteries & connections

Unit is scheduled for our weld shop to have cosmetic repairs completed

Unit will then be sand blasted, primed, painted & detailed

Pictures will be updated at that time.

Upon purchase, machine was fully stripped for powerwashing.
We then hire the local CAT dealer to perform the following; :
CAT TA1 inspection.
Perform performance checks- all within oem spec
Complete pressure check- all within oem spec
Change all fluids and cut open filters to inspect for contaminates- all clean
Change all breathers and required vents.
Inspect magnetic plugs- all clean
Inspect magnetic/suction screens- all clean

They then completed the following repairs;
